April is National Distracted Driving Awareness Month
The U.S. Department of Transportation’s (USDOT) National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) reminds us of the importance of not driving distracted as April is National Distracted Driving Awareness Month. Before driving, put your phone out of reach so you are not tempted to send a text or drive distracted. Set a goal to Drive Alert Arrive Alive by taking 43 Key Seconds before hitting the road: Clear Head, Clear Hands, Clear Eyes and Click your Seatbelt before turning the key. These simple steps can make all the difference in keeping you and your loved ones safe during every journey. Let’s prioritize safety in April and every month by staying less distracted.
