2020 Road Race Recap

Thank you to everyone who ran, walked, or biked with us this weekend in honor of Philip and our sixth annual and first-ever all-virtual Road Race.

While this year’s Road Race looked a little different, we were blown away by the support of runners from across the country! We had people participating from San Diego, Houston, Montana, Marietta, New York, Chicago and more. This year, over 800 runners signed up to run, not only in honor of Philip, but in support of our mission to end distracted and impaired driving.

The Road Race is one of the largest events that the Lutzie 43 Foundation hosts each year and this year was no different, thanks to you. The money raised from our Road Race goes directly towards our mission and helps to provide scholarships for students who are making a difference in their communities by being an ambassador for safe driving.

Thank you to all of our sponsors, Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw, Brasfield & Gorrie, Synovus Bank, Montlick & Associates, Fallon Benefits Group, Property Masters, Bulks Landscape Supply, M&J Steel, The UPS Store, Minero, Zingler Strength, Williamson Brothers BBQ, Paradise Grille and South and Lucia’s. We could not do it without you!

Stay tuned for the more exciting things coming up, like our annual 43 Day Campaign, by connecting with us on social media and signing up for our newsletter.

Once again, we appreciate each and every supporter and we are crossing our fingers we can be back celebrating together next year at our SEVENTH annual Road Race!
