The first giveaway is for a pair of AirPods! If you make a suggested minimum donation of $43 today, December 1, you will be entered to win.
The second giveaway is for the new Apple Watch! If you make a suggested minimum donation of $75 today, December 1, you will be entered to win.
The last giveaway is for an Apple Watch and AirPods! Make a suggested minimum donation of $100 today, December 1, and you will be entered to win both.
There will be one winner for each giveaway. The giveaway will run from December 1, 2020 at 6:00 a.m. CST until December 1, 2020, until 11:59 p.m. CST. Enter to win these amazing prizes for yourself or a gift to someone for the holidays while supporting the Lutzie 43 Foundation!
DISCLAIMER: By participating in these sweepstakes, each contestant unconditionally accepts and agrees by submitting an entry to comply with and abide by these rules and the decisions of the Lutzie 43 Foundation, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Lutzie 43 reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry at any time in the event it is determined that the entrant has not complied with these rules. The submission period for the contest will run from December 1, 2020 at 6:00 a.m. CST until December 1, 2020, until 11:59 p.m. CST.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, follow the instructions provided on the ‘Giving Tuesday’ contest post and either donate a suggested amount of $43 for the Airpods, $75 for the Apple Watch or $100 for both or mail in a 3 x 5 index card to the Lutzie 43 Foundation. There is no cost to enter and no purchase necessary to win. All entries become the property of the Lutzie 43 Foundation and will not be returned.
The Lutzie 43 Foundation has the right to disqualify any entry at any time.
LIMIT: One (1) entry form may be submitted per person via mail throughout the entire Sweepstakes Contest period.
ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be 19 years of age or older. Employees and all media affiliates of Lutzie 43 and Knight Eady are not eligible. Only complete entries will be eligible to win.
PRIZES AND WINNER DRAWING/NOTIFICATION:
The contest will run from December 1, 2020 at 6:00 a.m. CST until December 1, 2020, until 11:59 p.m. CST. There will be three (3) Grand Prize winners selected. Grand Prize winners will be notified via email to claim prize no later than December 3, 2020. If the winner has not claimed the prize within 48 hours, another winner can be chosen.
AIRPODS GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prizes will consist of a pair of AirPods. There will be one (1) grand prize winner selected. Prize may not be substituted or transferred by any contest/sweepstakes winner and a winner may not receive cash redemption equal to the value of the prize in lieu of the prize. If the ‘AirPods’ winner elects to use only a portion of the prize awarded, no additional compensation will be awarded in lieu thereof. ARV: $500. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and actual value of the prize will not be awarded. The Lutzie 43 Foundation or any of its partners will not be responsible for the replacement of any lost, stolen or damaged prizes or any aspects of the Grand Prize.
APPLE WATCH GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prizes will consist of one Apple Watch. There will be one (1) grand prize winner selected. ANOTHER METHOD OF ENTRY: Mail a 3×5” index card (legibly handwritten), including first and last name, address, city, and state where you reside, ZIP code, e-mail address, phone number and date of birth. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 1, 2020.
