LUTZIE 43 GOLF INVITATIONAL TWOSOME GIVEAWAY
We are giving away one twosomes in our annual Lutzie 43 Golf Invitational in honor of Giving Tuesday! The annual Golf Invitational is held at the beautiful FarmLinks golf course at Pursell Farms and will be held on May 9, 2024.
Donors who make a suggested minimum donation of $1,500 before December 31 at 11:59 p.m. EST will be entered to win!
Funds raised will go towards our 43 Day Campaign goal of raising $100,000 before December 31. Donations will go towards funding our PFL Scholarships and Adaptive PE Field Days, and providing 43 Key Seconds keys to drivers across the country!
DISCLAIMER: By participating in these sweepstakes, each contestant unconditionally accepts and agrees by submitting an entry to comply with and abide by these rules and the decisions of the Lutzie 43 Foundation, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Lutzie 43 reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry at any time in the event it is determined that the entrant has not complied with these rules. Also, by participating in these sweepstakes and submitting your email address, you will be signed up for Lutzie 43 newsletters and communications.
The submission period for the contest will run from December 26, 2023, starting at 12:00 a.m. EST until December 31, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, follow the instructions provided on the ‘Lutzie 43 Golf Invitational Twosome’ contest post and either donate a suggested amount of $1,500 or mail in a 3 x 5 index card to the Lutzie 43 Foundation. There is no cost to enter and no purchase necessary to win. All entries become the property of the Lutzie 43 Foundation and will not be returned.
The Lutzie 43 Foundation has the right to disqualify any entry at any time.
LIMIT: One (1) entry form may be submitted per person via mail throughout the entire Sweepstakes Contest period.
ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be 19 years of age or older. Employees and all media affiliates of Lutzie 43 and Knight Eady are not eligible. Only complete entries will be eligible to win.
PRIZES AND WINNER DRAWING/NOTIFICATION:
The contest will run from December 26, 2023 starting at 12:00 a.m. EST until December 31, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
GOLF INVITATIONAL TWOSOME GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize will consist of one free golf twosome to participate in the annual Lutzie 43 Golf Invitational with a waived entry fee. There will be one (1) grand prize winners selected. Prize may not be substituted or transferred by any contest/sweepstakes winner and a winner may not receive cash redemption equal to the value of the prize in lieu of the prize. If the ‘twosome golf’ winner elects to use only a portion of the prize awarded, no additional compensation will be awarded in lieu thereof. ARV: $500. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and actual value of the prize will not be awarded. The Lutzie 43 Foundation or any of its partners will not be responsible for the replacement of any lost, stolen or damaged prizes or any aspects of the Grand Prize.
ANOTHER METHOD OF ENTRY: Mail a 3×5” index card (legibly handwritten), including first and last name, address, city, and state where you reside, ZIP code, e-mail address, phone number and date of birth. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2023.
